ทำได้ดังนี้ครับ
Start > Run ใส่ข้างล่างนี้ลงไป
REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableRegistryTools /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
ต้องเป็นบรรทัดเดียวกันและเว้นวรรคให้เหมือนกันด้วยนะครับ ถ้าหากใครทำแล้วยังไม่หายให้ลอง Restart เครื่องดูสักครั้งก่อนครับ
